We are looking for a Strategic Solutions Partner to join our team and take a leading role in driving large-scale transformative projects across GCC region.

This is not a traditional sales role. We are seeking a senior sales leader with a consultative mindset to drive growth in GCC. You should be someone who listens deeply understands the broader customer context and guides them toward optimal strategies for building and operating high-performance data centers at scale. Whether its optimizing existing infrastructure validating ambitious plans or co-designing greenfield deployments (such as those fueled by AI gigafactory initiatives) you will be at the heart of shaping tomorrows data infrastructure.

Youll not only help customers achieve their technical goals but you will also shape their strategic vision and turn innovation into tangible results. Your impact will be measured in the success of sustainable AI factories the efficiency of next-generation data centers and the long-term relationships you build.

What you'll do
  • Lead Strategic Customer Engagements: Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and public/private organizations to understand their strategic needs challenges and ambitions.
  • Translate complex requirements into tailored solution roadmaps that may include design validation full-stack integration or infrastructure optimization.
  • Drive commercial growth: Lead strategic sales initiatives in the GCC region with a focus on large-scale projects.
  • Identify cultivate and close opportunities that align with Submers value proposition around sustainable scalable infrastructure.
  • Monitor industry trends funding programs (e.g. government-backed AI and digital transformation)
  • Foster cross-collaboration: Partner closely with the Solution Architect (Pre-Sales) and cross-functional teams (Design & Build R&D Marketing AI Cloud Customer Support) to co-develop proposals that deliver business value not just technology.
  • Align regional initiatives with Submers global strategy ensuring consistent execution and messaging.
  • Provide structured feedback to product and R&D teams based on customer and market needs.
  • Build long-term partnerships and market presence: Establish and nurture enduring relationships with customers strategic partners and ecosystem players.
  • Support customers beyond the sale to ensure long-term success and expand collaboration opportunities.
  • Represent Submer at key industry events forums and government initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the Kingdom.
What you'll need
  • Bachelors degree in business Engineering IT or related field (MBA or postgrad preferred).
  • Proven track record in consultative strategic sales within the data center cloud or IT infrastructure industries in the GCC region with previous experience working in Saudi Arabia.
  • Deep understanding of data center ecosystems including design integration sustainability and performance optimization.
  • Experience working on large-scale high-impact projects (e.g. regional deployments hyperscale data centers government-funded initiatives) in the GCC region.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence C-level decision makers.
  • Analytical and system-thinking mindset with an ability to uncover opportunities through dialogue and data.
  • Excellent communication relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
