M I R A L.L.C, a real estate development company in Dubai, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead treasury, fundraising, and cross-border finance activities. The role focuses on structuring financing for development projects, managing banking relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance in the UAE.

The candidate will oversee cash management, financial modelling, budgeting, and reporting, while collaborating with legal, investment, and senior management teams on complex transactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UAE real estate development finance experience is mandatory.
• Hands-on treasury management and cash-flow experience.
• Fundraising, debt financing, project financing or capital-raising experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee company-wide financial operations, cash flow, liquidity, and treasury activities.
• Develop and implement treasury and cash management strategies for real estate development projects.
• Manage relationships with UAE banks, financial institutions, lenders, and investment partners.
• Lead fundraising and debt financing initiatives, including project finance.
• Structure financing solutions and assess funding requirements for developments.
• Prepare financial models, cash-flow forecasts, funding proposals and investment reports.
• Coordinate with banks on credit facilities, project financing, guarantees, LCs and overdrafts.
• Monitor debt obligations, interest costs, and covenants.
