Responsibilities

• Develop detailed plans for project tasks, resources and timelines.
• Assign tasks to internal teams and manage team performance.
• Monitor progress of projects and adjust schedules when needed.
• Identify potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve project issues.
• Analyze project performance data and suggest changes if needed.
• Ensure that all projects follow the established quality standards.
• Prepare regular reports on progress, budgets, issues etc. for executive staff.
• Organize meetings related to different projects.
