The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process from initiation to contract execution. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain management and at least 8 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the energy or oil and gas sectors. Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain and Procurement, preferably in energy, oil or gas sector.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and risk management.
• Experience in conducting commercial evaluations of bids.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement requests for High Risk goods/services.
• Prepare and propose bidders list and issue Invitation to Tender (ITT).
• Manage correspondence between bidders and end-users.
• Conduct evaluations of technical and commercial bids.
