Responsibilities

• Request and review supplier quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate contract terms and maintain supplier relationships.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing records and reports.
• Coordinate procurement needs with departments.
• Follow up on damaged goods and coordinate claims.
• Assist in developing specifications for equipment and services.
• Administer contract performance and maintain quality standards.
• Prepare timely departmental reports.
• Comply with all applicable rules and regulations.
