Job summary

A leading consultancy firm in the UAE is seeking an Assistant Procurement Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring alignment with company policies and cost objectives. The role demands strong SAP-based procurement experience and capabilities in managing supplier relationships efficiently. The ideal candidate will have 8–15 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and will be responsible for negotiating contracts and preparing detailed procurement reports. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in a Buyer or Procurement role with end-to-end procurement exposure.
• Strong experience in procuring raw materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in procurement automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute procurement activities according to company policies.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor supplier performance.
• Prepare comprehensive MIS reports for procurement activities.
