Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Business Planning & Performance Manager to drive strategic planning, performance management and business optimization. You will translate corporate objectives into measurable outcomes, manage dashboards, and partner with senior leaders to close performance gaps.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, governance of planning cycles, and leading transformation initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Strategy, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• 8-12 years of experience in Business Planning, Corporate Strategy, or Performance Management.
• 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in government, semi-government, sovereign entities or large corporates is desirable.
• UAE National with Family Book.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic and business planning framework.
• Translate corporate strategy into departmental objectives, initiatives, and KPIs.
• Facilitate annual business planning and strategic reviews.
• Ensure alignment between priorities, plans and goals.
• Design and manage enterprise-wide performance management frameworks and scorecards.
• Monitor KPIs, provide insights to senior leadership, and drive improvements.
• Develop executive dashboards, analytics reports, and board presentations.
• Benchmark performance and support transformation initiatives.
