Job summary

Ecojob in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience and is prepared to work in a fast-paced retail environment in the UAE.

You will plan and execute merchandising activities across stores in Abu Dhabi, coordinate with marketing, sales and operations, analyze sales data, and help maximize store performance while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or Retail Buyer is required.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to analyze information quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning and execution of all merchandising activities in stores throughout Abu Dhabi
• Coordinate activities with other departments such as marketing, sales, and operations
• Analyze data and sales trend reports to identify areas of opportunity or potential risks
• Develop and implement innovative merchandising strategies to maximize sales
• Monitor store performance and provide feedback to the team
• Liaise with store managers, suppliers, and distributors on daily basis
• Manage inventory levels in the store by tracking product availability, demand, and pricing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
