Job summary

TalentOne in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead marketing, branding, communications, and stakeholder engagement strategy. The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility and growth across local and international markets in AI-powered manufacturing.

Responsibilities include leading campaigns, brand positioning, corporate communications, and event participation while collaborating with senior leadership and government entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in brand management, corporate communications, PR, digital marketing, and integrated campaigns.
• UAE National are encourage to apply.
• Experience with government entities and senior stakeholders would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of CRM, content strategy, performance analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and communications strategy.
• Lead brand positioning across AI, autonomous systems, additive manufacturing, and advanced technologies.
• Manage digital, traditional, content, PR, and experiential marketing campaigns.
• Promote solutions across industrial, healthcare, aerospace, construction, and consumer sectors.
• Lead corporate communications, media relations, thought leadership, and executive messaging.
• Manage participation in exhibitions, industry forums, and strategic events.
• Build relationships with government entities, clients, industry partners, media, and other stakeholders.
• Use market insights and performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
• Manage the marketing budget and report on brand growth, campaign results, and business impact.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing activities with business priorities.
