Job summary

A leading payment service provider in Dubai seeks a Learning & Development Manager to oversee strategies that enhance employee capabilities and drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate will design and implement tailored training solutions, manage the learning lifecycle, and collaborate with business leaders. Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years in relevant roles, alongside strong project management and analytical skills. Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in learning and development, training, or organizational development roles.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful learning programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience measuring training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the enterprise-wide L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct training needs assessments through data analysis and stakeholder interviews.
  • Manage the end-to-end learning lifecycle from needs analysis through evaluation.
  • Design and implement leadership development programs for emerging and established leaders.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure training effectiveness, ROI, and business impact.
