Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5 years of proven success in IT solution sales, with minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in scaling sales within System Integrator or Technology Solutions environments.
• Strong engagement history with Government, Public, and Private Sector clients in UAE.
• Proven ability to deliver growth in high-value industries such as Oil & Gas, Aviation, Banking, and Telecom.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Expand the company’s footprint in Government, Public, and Private Sectors.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Act as the company’s ambassador at industry events.
