Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Retail experience is an advantage.
• Strong data analytics, research, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new brand evaluations through research and competition mapping
• Build feasibility templates and benchmark against existing business information
• Prepare high-level analysis and synopsis of new business opportunities
• Extract financial data and conduct detailed analysis of existing businesses
• Prepare Internal Approval Notes (IAN) for submissions
• Capture, manage, and analyze data to identify key business insights
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date data and error-free feasibility models
• Monitor customer trends and market shifts to support relevant feasibility research and business decisions
