Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy Equipment Manufacturing Ltd. seeks a qualified finance professional to manage reporting, forecasting and planning. This role focuses on delivering accurate financial data, building models and supporting capital expenditure analysis.

You will own monthly outlooks, quarterly forecasts and annual plans, with strong emphasis on P&L forecasting and variance analysis. Hybrid work in Abu Dhabi is available.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
• Strong forecasting and planning skills covering the full P&L.
• Excellent analytical and Excel skills.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurate, consistent and timely reporting of financial data in accordance with regional and corporate schedules.
• Process ownership of BU monthly outlooks, quarterly forecast and annual plan, including preparation and consolidation of financial information.
• Develop and maintain financial models for monthly outlooks, quarterly forecasts and annual plans.
• Complete informed variance analysis of actual results and forecast projections vs defined comparators.
• Inform and advise Commercial Financial Manager of all significant financial matters as they arise.
• Analyze to understand actual expenses and forecasts, trends and have input into spend management actions.
• Report information so that action may be taken to enhance operating results.
• Calculation of annual absorption & burden rates.
• Assist in the preparation of Capital plans and forecasts.
• Administration of capital spend requests.
• Preparation of the financial models to support capital expenditure.
• Oversee capital spending reviews to review financial performance compared to assumptions included in the justification.
• Other analysis as required on an adhoc basis.
