Job summary

C2i is establishing a centralized cost centre and seeks a Finance Manager to own end-to-end accounting for Retail and F&B, including month-end close and governance. The role requires coordinating with AP/AR/GL teams and aligning processes with Aldar standards.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in finance, IFRS experience, and a track record of ERP migrations and multi-entity reporting. Strong stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• CA with IFRS knowledge and professional certification.
• Bachelor's degree in commerce/finance or related field.
• 8+ years in progressive finance roles including FP&A, budgeting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounting for the Retail & F&B shared cost centre including month-end and year-end close.
• Lead integration of the cost centre into the group ERP landscape and chart of accounts.
• Oversee IFRS compliance and audit readiness with external auditors.
• Drive KPI dashboards and profitability reporting for multi-entity portfolios.
• Partner with IT/ERP on data migration, UAT and go-live activities.
