Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Integrated Facilities Management with 2 years in a senior managerial role.
• Proven experience managing Hard and Soft FM services in diverse developments.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and FM best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all FM operations aligning with organizational policies.
• Develop and implement Integrated Hard & Soft Services strategies.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and drive safety initiatives.
• Utilize CAFM systems for maintenance tracking and performance analysis.

Skills

Technical knowledge of MEP systems

Proficient in planning and executing PPM schedules

Skilled in CAFM platforms

Vendor performance management

Expertise in resource allocation

Understanding of UAE HSEQ standards

Education

Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field

Master's degree in Facilities or Business Administration

BICS certification (preferred)
