Qualifications

• Degree or honours in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics, or Economics.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience in Management Consulting or Airline Industry.
• Candidates with fewer years may be considered if they have strong aviation strategy or relevant industry experience.
• Experience in airline, aviation, or travel industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with project management processes, tools, and techniques.
• Strong people management skills and stakeholder collaboration.
• Knowledge of process improvement, organisation design, and business planning.

Responsibilities

• Support formulation of strategic plans for business units and develop performance improvement ideas.
• Plan and conduct improvements to systems, processes, and structures to enhance effectiveness.
• Deliver performance enhancement projects as lead or team member and secure buy-in from stakeholders.
• Create implementation plans and support execution within the business.
• Collaborate with partners and support functions to drive change and mitigate risks.
• Develop and monitor department KPIs aligned to the strategic plan.
• Stay updated with industry trends, analytics, and innovation.
• Document deliverables and facilitate knowledge sharing across the ORE team.
