Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Procurement Specialist to source and procure drone, defence, aerospace, and related technology products and services in the UAE. The role requires deep knowledge of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and compliance with UAE defence procurement and export controls.

The candidate will evaluate supplier capabilities, lead negotiations, and manage contracts while aligning procurement strategies with project timelines and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CIPS Certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure drone systems, defence equipment, aerospace components, payloads, communications, sensors and services.
• Lead supplier negotiations to obtain best commercial and technical terms.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, tenders, purchase orders and contracts.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, delivery schedules and quality requirements.
