Job summary

PricewaterhouseCoopers in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Manager for Deals Risk & Quality to lead risk management across engagements. You will guide teams through bid, contracting and delivery phases with a partnership approach with partners and teams.

The role requires extensive Big 4 experience in risk management, strong contract knowledge, and excellent stakeholder management to protect PwC's reputation and financial position.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within a Big 4 environment with a strong background in risk management, internal or client facing.
• Strong understanding of contract management including liability, profitability and legal exposure.
• Exceptional communication and ability to advise senior leadership and influence key decisions.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior management on engagements including services, risks and exposures.
• Review engagement panels to identify risks and protect PwC's reputation and finances.
• Evaluate contract clauses from a risk perspective to ensure clarity on liability and profitability.
• Provide guidance on engagement sign-offs ensuring risks are properly considered before approval.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to understand services, client needs and market context.
• Assess emerging risks in Deals, including reputational, financial and service risks.
• Support governance forums for high-value engagements to manage contracting and delivery risks.
