Job summary

Cognita is seeking an MS&E Data and Projects Manager to consolidate data from across clusters into a trusted view of commercial performance for the Chief Commercial Officer. You will lead cross-functional projects spanning Marketing, Sales, CRM, Parent Experience and Finance, and own the Brand Health Score and market insights programs.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to collate, interpret and quality-check data from multiple regions.
• Demonstrated experience building, maintaining or migrating dashboards in BI tools.
• Experience working with CRM/BI platforms and turning data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collate and reconcile data across teams into a consolidated view of commercial performance for senior leaders.
• Run cross-functional MS&E projects spanning Marketing, Sales, CRM, Parent Experience and Finance.
• Own the Brand Health Score process end-to-end, coordinating assessments and outputs for leadership review.
• Oversee market research and insights programs, including annual EY research and Market Insights.
• Provide data insight on pupil, enrolment and joiner reporting to support commercial decisions.
