Job summary
A leading creative agency in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Creative Strategist to shape innovative campaigns and branding strategies. The ideal candidate will bring at least 6 years of experience in creative strategy and have a strong understanding of digital and experiential marketing. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to clients. Candidates familiar with the GCC market will be preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years experience in creative strategy, brand planning, or related roles within agency or brand environments.
- Strong track record of developing successful strategies for leading brands and campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, research, and storytelling skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with digital, social, and experiential marketing.
- Familiarity with the GCC market and regional cultural nuances is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of creative strategies for integrated campaigns, branding, and event activations.
- Conduct market research, audience profiling, and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
- Translate insights into clear, actionable briefs for creative, design, and content teams.
- Collaborate with creative, account management, and production teams to ensure strategic alignment and execution.
- Present strategic recommendations and creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Track and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support new business pitches and proposal development with strategic input.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, digital innovation, and cultural insights relevant to the agency's work.
