Qualifications

• Degree in quantity surveying or equivalent.
• Professional membership i.e. MRICS or equivalent.
• Experience in the Middle East is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cost management services from start to finish.
• Support feasibility studies and contract selection.
• Apply value management techniques during planning.
• Assist in procurement processes including prequalification.
• Prepare contract documents and manage variations.
• Collaborate with Cost Consultants on cost control.
• Guide junior staff and promote net zero carbon goals.
