Job summary

A prominent Emirati construction company is searching for a Senior Cost Control Engineer. In this role, you will ensure project financial performance through meticulous budget control and cost monitoring. You will collaborate closely with various teams to provide insights on costs and cash flow. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 10–12 years of relevant experience, particularly within the road and infrastructure sector. Proficiency in MS Office and Candy CCS is essential.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in cost control within road and infrastructure construction projects.
• Previous experience in the UAE or GCC is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work proactively in fast-paced, multi-project environments.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Cost Control Manager in reviewing and endorsing LPOs and subcontractor payment applications.
• Preparing and maintaining comprehensive budget review sheets.
• Producing monthly project-wise actual cost reports.
• Participating in the preparation of monthly budget updates and cost performance reviews.
• Coordinating payment logs from site teams.
