TikTok is seeking a Head of Communications for Turkey, based in the UAE with regular travel to Turkey. You will lead external reputation, narrative, and stakeholder engagement, shaping strategy and guiding a team to land it in a fast-moving, dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Turkish and English, written and spoken.
• Extensive experience in communications or PR in high-scrutiny environments.
• Strong media relations and regional/government engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the communications and PR strategy for Turkey, aligned with regional/global priorities.
• Shape and evolve TikTok's Turkey narrative with trust/safety balance and proactive storytelling.
• Develop campaigns with clear metrics addressing business and reputation goals.
• Partner with Government Relations and Public Policy to anticipate regulatory risks and translate policy into external narratives.
• Maintain an active network of Turkish journalists and influencers for proactive storytelling and rapid response.
• Oversee speaking engagements, media opportunities, and spokesperson preparation.
