• Review and ensure understanding of budget commitments.
• Execute day-to-day cost control tasks.

• Assist in managing cost-related entities.
• Review cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate monthly accruals with consultants.
• Approve consultants' payment applications.
• Analyze project data efficiently.
