Job summary

Payfuture seeks an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to work with the founders and Board to lead the next growth phase. The role focuses on investor readiness, building a credible financial platform, and leading fundraising efforts across multiple jurisdictions.

The CFO will own monthly management accounts, develop an integrated financial model, and provide detailed forecasts and KPI reporting to support strategic decisions and investor diligence.

Qualifications

• Previous CFO/Finance Director experience in a high-growth business.
• Direct experience preparing and executing institutional fundraising transactions.
• Demonstrable experience building investor-grade financial models and multi-year forecasts.
• Experience strengthening finance functions ahead of institutional investment.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
• Establish a reliable and disciplined month-end reporting process.
• Build Board-level financial reporting packs and KPI framework for founders and investors.
• Lead financial modelling, valuation and due diligence for potential acquisitions and fundraising.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and external parties to ensure governance and compliance.
