A leading insurance company in the UAE seeks a Broker Relationship Manager to enhance and manage broker relations in both General and Medical insurance lines. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in broker relations, alongside a Bachelor's or Master's degree. They will conduct strategic meetings, extend the broker portfolio, and ensure optimal performance through regular training and compliance adherence. A driving license and communication skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a broker relations role.
• Insurance certification is an added advantage.
• Must have a driving license and a car.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the broker portfolio in General and Medical lines.
• Conduct strategic meetings with brokers to develop the portfolio.
• Prepare business performance reports monthly.
• Monitor broker performance regularly.
• Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory processes.
