A leading consultancy in the UAE is seeking a proactive Business Development Engineer to drive sales and client acquisition in the civil piling and ground improvement sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of relevant experience and a B.E. in Civil Engineering. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of business development/sales experience in civil piling or geotechnical sectors.
  • Strong understanding of civil/piling/ground improvement works.
  • Ability to read project drawings, specifications, and BOQs for tendering.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in civil construction piling and ground improvement projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, technical proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, closing.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and revenue targets.
