A leading professional services firm in Dubai seeks a Sales Account Manager to own and grow client relationships. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio, driving upsells while ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a named-account owner who consistently grew book-of-business YoY.
  • Documented 120 %+ quota attainment in a relationship-heavy sales role.
  • Experience running QBRs that clients ask to put on their calendar.
  • Bonus: Free-zone, immigration, or business-setup industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Be the single point of trust for your named accounts.
  • Map stakeholder ecosystems and uncover hidden decision-makers.
  • Proactively spot renewal risks and turn them into expansion conversations.
  • Drive 80% of revenue from existing accounts through upsell.
  • Present account health scorecards in monthly leadership reviews.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to engage top accounts.
  • Mentor junior reps on relationship-led selling.
