  • Ensure proper arrangement and housekeeping in the warehouse.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store In-Charge to assist the Spare Parts Department team. The role involves managing material deliveries, merchandising, warehouse housekeeping, and stock counts to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Competencies

Education:

  • Intermediate Level

Knowledge:

  • Material handling and merchandising
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
  • Inventory management

Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant experience in similar roles
  • Strong communication skills across all levels
  • Self-motivated and task-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate loading and unloading of materials with drivers
  • Issue materials to customers against Invoice and Delivery Note
  • Process GRS for delivered materials after verifying quantity and condition
  • Create and receive SIV for material transfers in the system
  • Facilitate monthly/yearly stock counts and prepare inventory reports
  • Maintain accurate records of all receipts and issued materials
  • Ensure proper arrangement and housekeeping in the warehouse
  • Issue materials on FIFO basis
  • Monitor material shortages and inform relevant stakeholders
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager for operational efficiency
