Overview

White Aluminium Enterprises LLC – Fabrication Division is currently looking for a STOREKEEPER to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our Aluminium Fabrication Division overseeing the overall inventory management of the aluminum factory, including receiving, storing, issuing, and controlling materials and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials and supplies.
  • Perform regular stock checks to ensure adequate inventory levels and initiate purchase orders as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks on received materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate with production teams to fulfill material requirements in a timely manner.
  • Implement and maintain proper storage and handling practices to prevent damage or loss.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards at all times.
  • Monitor inventory levels, anticipate supply needs, and reorder materials accordingly.
  • Collaborate with purchasing to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to inventory.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in inventory management or related field is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of work experience as Storekeeper preferably within the Aluminum Fabrication or Façade Industry.
  • Familiarity with aluminum products and materials is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
