A leading retail company in Sharjah is looking for a Store Manager to oversee store operations and drive sales. The ideal candidate will manage the sales team, ensuring high standards of customer service and compliance with operational policies. Responsibilities include managing sales targets, inventory control, and effectively resolving customer complaints. Candidates should have 5-7 years of retail experience and a bachelor's degree. Fluency in English is required, while Hindi and/or Arabic is a plus.

The role holder is responsible for managing and driving sales for the store through efficient store operations visual merchandising customer service delivery motivation and retention of store personnel in adherence to GMG norms. The job holder is also responsible for managing and coaching the store team.
A minimum of 5 -7 years of relevant industry experience with at least 3 years in a similar supervisory role in retail operations
Bachelors degree in any discipline
