Store Manager – Fashion Retail

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, lead and motivate the team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain brand and visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
  • Manage end-to-end store operations efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards
  • Maintain store cleanliness, display, and visual merchandising guidelines
Sales & Performance
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Monitor daily sales, conversion rates, and customer footfall
  • Implement effective selling and upselling techniques
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
  • Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and leaves
  • Motivate team members and conduct performance reviews
Customer Experience
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
  • Build customer loyalty and repeat business
Visual Merchandising
  • Ensure mannequins, displays, and layouts reflect brand identity
  • Coordinate with VM team for seasonal changes and promotions
Inventory & Stock Control
  • Manage stock receiving, replenishment, transfers, and audits
  • Monitor shrinkage and ensure accurate inventory records
Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare daily and monthly sales and performance reports
  • Monitor store expenses and control operational costs
Requirements
