A food and beverage establishment in Dubai is seeking a dedicated storekeeper to manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and maintain organized storage areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in F&B or hospitality, strong attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Receive all F&B deliveries, check quantities, quality, expiry dates, and report discrepancies.
Maintain organized storage areas for dry, chilled, and frozen items following FIFO and food safety standards.
Issue materials and ingredients to kitchen and service departments based on approved requests.
Update inventory records, stock cards, and daily consumption sheets.
Conduct regular stock counts and support monthly inventory reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels and communicate with procurement for timely replenishment.
Ensure proper labeling, dating, and safe handling of all food items.
Maintain cleanliness, temperature logs, and pest‑control compliance in store areas.
Prevent wastage, spoilage, breakage, and theft through strict control procedures.
