Store Asistant

Location: Dubai

Department: Logistics-XAD - XD

Pay: 1,500.00 (AED) - 2,000.00 (AED) per month

Job Description

• Data entry of consumable materials
• Check inventory files of all warehouses using SAP
• Maintain proper check and balance of stock inventory on a daily and weekly basis
• Prepare monthly consumption reports and weekly stock reports
• Handle, check, receive, pick, pack, and store all incoming stocks
• Maintain the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner
• Make and provide accurate inventory records
• Prepare GRNs on SAP
• Verify all received goods from suppliers as per PO for GRN preparation
• Ensure goods are checked properly as per LPO and invoice

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse/store operations
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Basic Excel and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
