About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Stores Administrator to join our Logistics & Stores team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing inventory, supporting production, and ensuring smooth store operations within a manufacturing environment. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements & Experience
  • 4–6 years of experience in a Stores/Inventory role within a manufacturing, oil & gas, mechanical, electrical, or fabrication environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and strong skills in Excel (including formulas), Word, and other MS Office applications.
  • Experience with GRN entries, inventory management, and ERP systems.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work shifts (evening/night) if required.
  • Available to join within 30 days.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize raw materials and inventory using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) in coordination with supply chain and production teams.
  • Maintain accurate records, including GRN entries, maintenance history, and certification tracking for rental assets.
  • Generate purchase requisitions, manage works orders, and update bill of materials via On-Base.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain shipping and operational documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist stores and production teams as needed.
  • Uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and promote a safe working environment.
