Emirates Hospital requires highly focused Sterile Processing Technicians to decontaminate surgical instruments, operate industrial autoclaves, and maintain zero-infection standards in the central sterile department.

Daily Hospital Tasks:

• Receive contaminated surgical trays directly from the operating rooms and sort sharp scalpels safely to prevent accidental cuts.
• Submerge used medical tools into ultrasonic cleaning chemical baths to loosen dried blood and heavy bone fragments.
• Wrap clean metal instruments tightly in specialized blue surgical paper and apply heat-sensitive indicator tape.
• Operate massive high-pressure steam sterilizers while monitoring the digital temperature gauges closely.

Rules for Selection:

• Infection Control: Strict adherence to international Joint Commission International (JCI) sterilization protocols is absolutely mandatory.
• Physical Focus: Standing inside warm, humid decontamination rooms while wearing heavy waterproof gowns and thick rubber gloves.
• DHA Compliance: Holding a valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) CSSD Technician license or passing the primary Dataflow verification process.
