As Sales Coordinator, you will process orders, prepare quotations, liaise with production and logistics, support the sales team, and maintain accurate records in

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Coordinator or Sales Administrator.
• Background in steel industry or construction materials is preferred.
• Excellent organization and time-management; able to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
• Coordinate with production and logistics to align schedules with client delivery requirements.
• Assist the Sales Manager and sales team with daily administrative tasks, documentation, and data entry.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding order status, delivery tracking, and basic product specifications (straight rebars & processed steel).
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and inventory logs in our ERP system.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, highlighting delivery statuses and pending orders for the management team.
