As a Steel Fixer, you will play a critical role in the structural integrity of our construction projects by accurately positioning and securing reinforcement steel according to engineering specifications and building codes. This position requires precision, organizational skills, and a commitment to safety excellence on dynamic construction sites.

• Position and secure reinforcement steel bars and mesh in concrete formwork according to approved drawings and specifications
• Interpret and analyze construction blueprints, structural plans, and technical documentation to ensure accurate steel placement
• Tie and bind steel reinforcement using appropriate techniques and materials to maintain structural alignment
• Inspect steel placement for quality assurance and compliance with project specifications and UAE building codes
• Organize and manage steel materials on-site, ensuring proper storage and accessibility
• Collaborate with construction teams, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate steel fixing activities
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and material usage
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment and hazard awareness
• Identify and report potential safety hazards or structural concerns to supervisory personnel
• Perform quality checks to verify that all steel reinforcement meets design requirements before concrete pouring

• Proven experience as a Steel Fixer or in reinforcement steel work on construction projects
