Immensa is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – Subject Matter Expert (Static Equipment) to own the lifecycle of static equipment fabrication projects. You will interpret 3D and 2D drawings, select manufacturing routes, and manage supplier delivery and inspections across multiple locations.

The role requires deep knowledge of ASME, API and welding standards, with proven project management and strong communication to drive on-time, in-full delivery and quality outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Welding Engineering.
• 5–6 years' experience in static equipment fabrication within oil & gas or heavy engineering.
• Deep expertise in design and fabrication of pressure vessels, shell-and-tube exchangers, columns, tanks and piping.
• Ability to read and interpret 3D models and 2D drawings with full GD&T and welding callouts.
• Knowledge of ASME VIII Div. 1 and 2, ASME IX, B31.3, API and related materials standards.
• Welding or inspection certification (CSWIP, AWS CWI, IWE/IWT or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Strong project-management capability and effective stakeholder communication.

Mansioni

• Read, interpret and validate 3D CAD models and 2D drawings for static equipment.
• Select and justify optimum manufacturing routes and materials for service conditions.
• Address fabrication specifics, welding procedures, PWHT and test requirements.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones and OTIF delivery.
• Drive supplier execution with data packs, weld maps, and manufacturing records.
• Lead design and process reviews and provide practical solutions.
• Own risk identification and mitigation across feasibility, quality, cost and delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, DFAM, quality, production and customers for status reporting.
• Review inspection and test data and disposition non-conformances with the design engineer.
• Support ITPs and third-party involvement to ensure compliance.
