You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensure patient safety and continuity of care, and participate in clinical audits and education.

Qualifikationen

• Recognized medical degree and relevant postgraduate specialist qualifications.
• Clinical experience appropriate to Staff Physician role.
• Eligibility for, or an active licence from, UAE health authority, as required.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based medicine and high-quality patient care.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients and review medical histories.
• Conduct comprehensive clinical examinations.
• Order and interpret diagnostic investigations within specialty and privileges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on findings and guidelines.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment when needed.
• Coordinate referrals with other specialists.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and options.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and continuity of care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, audits and quality-improvement initiatives.
• Comply with hospital policies, infection-control procedures and patient safety standards.
