Job summary

American Hospital Dubai is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care for adults and geriatric patients. You will perform nursing assessments, coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure accurate documentation and safety in a JCIA-aligned environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing with RN registration, a minimum of two years' post-graduate experience in primary care, and a valid BLS certification. On-site work in Dubai, UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (minimum 3 years full-time) or degree with RN registration from eligible countries
• Must hold a valid license/registration to practice in home country or last country of employment
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience in a Primary Care setting
• BLS certification or higher as per scope of practice

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatric populations
• Perform nursing assessments using appropriate techniques
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team and families
• Document data in medical records per standards
• Manage supplies and equipment for the unit
• Ensure safety and compliance with JCIA standards
• Perform narcotic/semi-controlled drug handling per policies
