Sheikh Khalifa Medical City Ajman is seeking a compassionate Staff Nurse for the Obstetrics and Gynaecology Ward. You will deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to pregnant women, during delivery, and in the postnatal period, with a focus on patient-centred care within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, UAE license eligibility, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, with at least two years of experience in OBGYN settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required).
• Valid UAE License or eligibility.
• Current BLS, ACLS & PALS certifications.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to obstetric and gynaecology patients.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, escalating concerns promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.
• Support patients and families through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and gynaecological care.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centred care.
• Provide patient education on postnatal care, newborn care, medications, and women's health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and ongoing professional development.

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ObGyn) Ward team. The role involves providing safe, high-quality nursing care to women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, the postnatal period, and for patients with gynaecological conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in obstetric and gynaecological nursing, strong clinical assessment skills, and a patient-centred approach to care. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team while developing expertise in womens health and delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
