Drive strategic recruitment initiatives that enable the organization to attract, engage, and hire top Retail talent, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce development goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Successful Hiring Across Retail: Deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for retail roles, ensuring timely and quality hires that meet workforce targets.
  • Strategic Talent Partnerships: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to anticipate future talent needs and influence workforce planning.
  • Enhanced Employer Brand: Position the organization as an employer of choice by leveraging partnerships and utilizing targeted platforms and networks.
  • Proactive Talent Pooling: Build and sustain talent pools for critical roles, reducing time-to-hire and ensuring readiness for business needs.
  • Seamless Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects professionalism and care, from initial engagement through onboarding, resulting in a positive candidate experience and strong employer reputation.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment Decisions: Maintain accurate recruitment data and deliver regular KPI reports to inform leadership decisions and continuously improve hiring strategies.
  • Operational Excellence in Recruitment: Guarantee smooth coordination of interviews and administrative processes, minimizing delays and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting ERP platforms (SuccessFactors preferred).
  • Possesses a persuasive, communicative, and flexible personality to build trust and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • True team player with exceptional planning, organizing, and reporting capabilities to ensure recruitment excellence.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition, with proven expertise in recruitment within the UAE market (Retail recruitment an advantage).
