Key Responsibilities:
- Successful Hiring Across Retail: Deliver a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for retail roles, ensuring timely and quality hires that meet workforce targets.
- Strategic Talent Partnerships: Establish and maintain trusted relationships with HR, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to anticipate future talent needs and influence workforce planning.
- Enhanced Employer Brand: Position the organization as an employer of choice by leveraging partnerships and utilizing targeted platforms and networks.
- Proactive Talent Pooling: Build and sustain talent pools for critical roles, reducing time-to-hire and ensuring readiness for business needs.
- Seamless Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate interaction reflects professionalism and care, from initial engagement through onboarding, resulting in a positive candidate experience and strong employer reputation.
- Data-Driven Recruitment Decisions: Maintain accurate recruitment data and deliver regular KPI reports to inform leadership decisions and continuously improve hiring strategies.
- Operational Excellence in Recruitment: Guarantee smooth coordination of interviews and administrative processes, minimizing delays and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Adopts an action-oriented approach, anticipating hiring needs and collaborating closely with HR and hiring managers to deliver timely solutions.
- Applies behavioural interviewing techniques to assess candidate fit and ensure quality hires.
- Exercises sound judgment and maintains strict confidentiality in handling sensitive candidate and organizational information.
- Advanced skills in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting ERP platforms (SuccessFactors preferred).
- Possesses a persuasive, communicative, and flexible personality to build trust and drive alignment across stakeholders.
- True team player with exceptional planning, organizing, and reporting capabilities to ensure recruitment excellence.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition, with proven expertise in recruitment within the UAE market (Retail recruitment an advantage).
