ValueMentor seeks an experienced Security Engagement Lead to steer large penetration testing engagements end-to-end. You will serve as the primary technical leader for key client accounts, ensuring on-time delivery, high quality, and proactive stakeholder communication.

You will mentor junior consultants, perform comprehensive security assessments across web, mobile, API, network, and cloud, and contribute to presales with accurate estimations and tailored solutions.

Competenze

• 3-5 years hands-on experience in penetration testing or offensive security.
• Proven track record leading complex security assessments for large clients.
• Expertise in Web, Mobile, Network, API, Cloud, and Configuration Reviews.
• Familiarity with OWASP, PTES, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience supporting presales efforts, including proposals, SOWs, and client discussions.
• Certifications such as OSCP, OSWA, CRTO, CREST CRT/CCT preferred.
