The Senior Planning Engineer is responsible for developing and monitoring project schedules coordinating project planning with stakeholders and providing analytical support through progress tracking and delay analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and update project schedules using Primavera or MS Project.
  • Monitor project progress and provide forecasts.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
  • Conduct delay analysis and prepare extension of time (EOT) claims.
  • Support tender planning and proposal schedules.
  • Coordinate with engineering and site teams for accurate updates.
  • Perform resource loading and progress tracking.
  • Advise management on schedule risks and mitigation plans.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred).
  • Certified and registered engineer.
  • Minimum 5 years of planning experience.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Experience in large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong analytical and time management skills.
  • Familiar with project lifecycle and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
