A leading events agency in Dubai is seeking a driven professional to lead sponsorship sales for flagship events. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of sales experience, particularly in closing high-value sponsorship deals and engaging with C-level stakeholders. This role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Fluent English is required, with additional languages a plus.   • Minimum of 5 years' proven sales experience, ideally within the events or B2B services sector.
  • Strong experience of closing complex, high-value sponsorship deals.
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a strong advantage.

Lead sponsorship sales for a portfolio of flagship events, securing high-value partnerships

Develop and run commercial strategies that align with the agency's growth objectives

Identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across key markets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key sponsors and stakeholders

Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to create and deliver sponsorship packages

Use CRM tools (such as HubSpot) to manage pipeline, track performance, and report on revenue forecasts

Contribute to onsite rebooking strategies and long-term partnership development

Required Experience and Skills

Minimum of 5 years' proven sales experience, ideally within the events or B2B services sector

Strong experience of closing complex, high-value sponsorship deals

Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust both internally and externally

Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a strong advantage

Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
