About the Role:

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting the communication, language, and learning needs of our students. Your expertise will help ensure that Students of Determination are equipped with the skills and strategies they need to thrive both socially and academically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the Inclusion team to develop and implement individualized support plans.
• Monitor student progress and adapt intervention strategies as needed.
• Provide training and support to Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with KHDA, DHA, and school requirements.
