Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in pediatric care, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, family-centered healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range pediatric conditions and illnesses.
  • Monitor growth and development milestones and provide preventive care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals.
  • Counsel families on nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Medical Degree (MBBS) and postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics (MD/DNB or equivalent).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in pediatric practice.
  • Valid or eligibility for DHA/MOH/DOH licensure preferred.
  • Candidates with Indian (especially Kerala) background are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: AED monthly (based on experience and interview performance).
