Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Specialist, Sub-Contracts Engineer for a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees the full subcontract lifecycle on construction or engineering programs, with a strong focus on procurement, performance monitoring, and compliance with technical specs and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and brings extensive EPC/oil & gas subcontracting experience, including 10+ years in procurement or project management and at least 17+ years in the industry;

Qualifications

• Minimum 17+ years of experience in which 10 years should be in the MEGA oil and gas processing projects.
• 10 + years in subcontracting, procurement, or project management (often specifically in EPC or oil & gas)
• ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
