Job summary

Penspen is seeking a Specialist, Sub-Contracts Engineer in Abu Dhabi to lead the full lifecycle of subcontracts on large-scale construction and engineering projects. The role emphasizes procurement, performance monitoring, and strict adherence to technical specifications and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have significant MEGA oil and gas project experience, especially in subcontracting or EPC environments, with ADNOC exposure considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum engineering degree required.
• 17+ years overall experience in oil and gas mega projects.
• 10+ years in subcontracting, procurement or project management (EPC/oil & gas).
• ADNOC experience is an added advantage.

A Subcontract Engineer manages the entire lifecycle of subcontracts on construction or engineering projects, focusing on procurement, performance monitoring, and compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.

Qualification Required

• Any Engineering Degree.

Experience Required

• Minimum 17+ years of experience in which 10 years should be in the MEGA oil and gas processing projects.
• 10 + years in subcontracting, procurement, or project management (often specifically in EPC or oil & gas).
• ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
